 COVID-19 RESPONSE:  Due to the increase of the pandemic shipping times may have delays. If you already ordered a product  or plan to order within 3/16/2020 - 5/30/2020 please be patient as some warehouses of our suppliers are currently closed and others short staff due to Per California's "Safer at Home" Order. You may receive a FULL refund if your product does not arrive within the promising due date. Any website orders placed after the above dates mentioned will be shipped once government mandates allow. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

IMPORTANT: We work with suppliers around the world to source high- quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of reciving an order. From that point it takes approximately 10- 20 days for your items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will keep tabs of where your order is at all times. 

   If you order more than one product at one time please be aware that your products may arrive separately in different packages if the goods happen to be from different suppliers although each item will arrive within the same timeframe if purchased on the same day.  Please be aware that some international orders do NOT contain tracking information although.. some major international destinations will track all the way to delivery but it is not guaranteed.

 Shipping

If any products received are damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within 12 DAYS after delivery date. If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

  We ship to the address on your order form so if you need to amend the address please email us in a timely manner and we’d be more than happy to correct the address for you, if the address is incorrect on your order form and package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped. Once package states it has been delivered we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages thank you!
